Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground service. We strive to ship orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). However, we have no control over the transit time of the courier and cannot guarantee delivery on time. If the customer is experiencing an extended delay of the shipment, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
Returns And Warranty
Steam +Care offers a 14-day return policy for any unopened, unused product from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for the shipping of the return products back to Steam +Care. A valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Steam +Care is required on any returns. Any product received for warranty service that is deemed still functional, not sold by Steam +Care, out of warranty, or damaged through misuse will be sent back to the customer without exchange, at customer’s shipping expense. No warranty for any included accessories and consumable parts (for example, electrode pads, batteries, cotton threads and etc). Return or exchanges will only be considered if the atomizer is DOA (dead on arrival). In such event, the customer is required to contact Steam +Care within 5 days of receipt of the product.
All returns must be received and verified by Steam +Care before shipping out repair/replacement units or refund.
Steam +Care will not accept refunds or order cancellation for any product that has already shipped.
Limitation of Liability
Steam +Care shall not be held liable for any direct or consequential damages that result from the use of the products. If applicable laws do not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, then the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. By purchasing products from this site, you certify that you are responsible adults that can purchase the product legally. All products purchased from this site are to be solely used by adults or under adult supervision. Steam +Care cannot be held liable for negligence, misuse or modification of any products sold, nor any personal or property damage, illness, injury or financial loss caused by the use of the products purchased from Steam +Care. Please keep out of reach of children and pets.
Indemnification
Customer shall defend, indemnify and hold Steam +Care and its parent company harmless from and against all claims, injuries, losses, expenses, damages, and suits including attorney fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions.
Battery Safety
Products using rechargeable battery could be risky if not handled or used properly. The user should have sufficient knowledge of rechargeable batteries before use or charging. Do not use low-quality AC adapter to charge the rechargeable batteries as it may cause damage to the battery or even serious injuries. Always use the original charger supplied with the product (if applicable). Never leave the batteries in extreme temperatures or unattended when charging. It is strongly recommended to charge the batteries at a safe place that is non-combustible. If you see any sign or suspicion of battery damage, please stop using it immediately. Steam +Care is not responsible for damage of any modification to the batteries, or damages caused by the misuse of rechargeable batteries. Please do not dispose any batteries into fire or trash incinerator.
