STEAM +Care Devices (“STEAM +Care”) warrants to the original purchaser that for the warranty period as stated below, the product offered by STEAM +Care Devices (excluding bundled accessories and consumable parts) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, STEAM +Care will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by STEAM +Care on an exchange basis and will be either repaired or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the product that results from improper installation, accident, natural disaster, abuse, misuse, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
This limited warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to the US export regulations.
You must provide proof of purchase and obtain warranty service authorization from STEAM +Care within the applicable warranty period before returning defective products to us.
Returned products must be shipped prepaid and packaged appropriately, and it is recommended that they are insured or sent by a method that provides tracking of the package.
STEAM +Care is not responsible for any Product that is lost or damaged in transit. Furthermore, STEAM +Care is not responsible for any incorrect products returned for warranty service, or products without proper service authorization (RMA) from STEAM +Care. In such event, STEAM +Care is will not be liable for any expense in shipping the product back to you.
This limited warranty covers only repair or replacement for defective products from STEAM +Care, as provided above. STEAM +Care does not warrant against loss or damage of any 3rd party products bundled or combine used with STEAM +Care Products (including electrode pads, wires, batteries, and etc.), and assumes no liability for such loss. This warranty excludes any 3rd party products not offered in the original STEAM +Care package.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or at all, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary by jurisdiction. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights. All accessories, such as the electrode pads, wires, batteries, carrying case and etc., provided with the Product is provided “AS IS”. You assume the entire risk as to the quality, performance, and effect of such accessories, and should it prove defective, you, and not STEAM +Care, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL STEAM +CARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, INJURY, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFIT, OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF STEAM +CARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR INJURY. IN NO EVENT WILL STEAM +CARES INC’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. The foregoing limitations will apply even if any warranty or remedy provided under this Agreement fails of its essential purpose.
Product Warranty Period
Each product model is covered with a different warranty period, based on its functionality and characteristic. The warranty is valid only on the main device, excluding its accessories and consumable parts.
Note: No warranty on all accessories and consumable parts. STEAM +Care Devices offers exchanges only if the accessories or the consumable part is DOA (dead on arrival), and expressed to STEAM +Care Devices within 7 days of receipt of the product. We advise customers to test the product upon receipt of the product.
How To Obtain Warranty Service
Please contact STEAM +Care Devices for the product problem you are experiencing. If the problem requires our repair or replacement, we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on where to ship. The customer is responsible for shipping back the returned product back to STEAM +Care Devices. When the return products are repaired or replaced, we will ship you the product back to you at our expense.
All returns must have a valid RMA number prior to shipping, or it could be rejected or misplaced. STEAM +Care Devices is not responsible for holding or the shipping cost of sending any unauthorized return back to the customer. Such unauthorized returns include returned products that are deemed still functional, not sold by STEAM +Care Devices, out of warranty, no RMA number, or damaged through misuse.
