Q: The TENS+EMS Device suddenly stopped during the therapy session.
A: MT-600 is equipped with Auto Safety feature which detects if the electrode pad is properly contacted to your skin for pulses. When the device detects an improper contact, it cuts off the output power and reset the setting back to zero (0) to prevent discomfort or shock.

Q: Keys not responding when TENS+EMS Device is operating.
A: MT-600 is equipped with Auto Keylock feature to prevent unintended changes of your settings by accident. To disengage the Keylock feature, press and hold any of the Intensity Decrease (-) keys for one second.
Q: How to clean the electrode pads?
A: After each use of the electrode pads, dead skin cells and dust tend to accumulate on the adhesive side the electrode pad, causing a barrier to reduce the contact between the electrode pads and your skin. We recommend cleaning the electrode pads if the adhesive side is no longer sticking well.
To clean the electrode pads, simply rinse the adhesive side under tap water, while lightly brush the adhesive surface of the electrode pads with an old (but clean) toothbrush. After cleaning, always stick the adhesive sides of electrode pads to the white plastic card included, as it can prevent dust. Allow it to dry in a day or two for your next use.
Q: What type of battery to use?
A: MT-600 uses three (3) AAA batteries. However, we suggest using good quality Alkaline batteries to prevent acid leaks, which could result in damaging the device. Also, it is a good practice to remove the batteries from the device if you plan not to use the device for an extended period of time.
